“We have to ensure that there are robust enforcement provisions over PBMs who have proven time and time again their willingness to exploit their current lack of oversight. We have to enable those who are working with PBMs to report noncompliance with the delinking provision. It’s a commonsense solution to ensure PBMs adhere to this new structure and that patients benefit from lower drug prices at the pharmacy counter.
